Contact an Account ManagerDetermination of trace amounts of 4-aminomorpholine in molsidomine and linsidomine
Summary
Type: HPLC
Application #: 104820
Detection: UV 235 nm
Conditions: eluent A: 50 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate, eluent B: methanol, eluent C: acetonitrile - water (80 : 20, v/v). The initial eluent was A - B - C (80:20:0, v/v/v). After injection a stepwise gradient was applied as follows: 5 min 80% A - 20% B - 0% C, then in 25 min to 80% A - 20% B - 0% C, then in 5 min to 0% A - 0% B - 100% C, finally back to starting conditions (80% A - 20% B - 0% C) in 5 min
flow rate 0.5 ml/min
